DualSense Controller problems
Anyone else having issues using the dualsense controller? Throughout my time on the game it will frequently bug out on me where Indy won't move or he'll spin around uncontrollably or the camera will just go straight up or down. It lasts a few moments and then goes back to normal. I've ensured the firmware is updated. Any advice on how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Just too rule things oujt.
The game do support the PS-controller so that shouldn't be an issue.
Are you using it wireless or wired? Some games really do not like the DS wireless, and Steam can also be a bit quirky with it.
Works fine for me. I have mine wired. Make sure to turn off Steam Input
Mine is wireless so that may be an issue. I'll try turning off steam input to see if that works. Thank you!

Try it wired too. Just in case :)
I’m hoping he is buried deep in The Vatican and that’s why he’s gone quiet, having fun

Bluetooth bug (other controllers can have same issue even with proprietary dongle).
Avoid doing something else in background and alt+tab (it's like it doesn't like switching to kbm).
Or plug cable when it bugs, the crazy controller will go back to normal instant.
I believe the issue is Windows...

Its gotten worse haha! I tried disabling steam input but then the game wouldn't recognize any of the controller movements and Indy just sat there. Now the controller will automatically disconnect after a few minutes when its not plugged in. And when it is plugged in all sound will go out. I recognize that this my first time playing on PC so I'm confident a lot of this is user error haha

XBox/MS game on MS's Windows. 2 + 2 = monopoly power being abused. It's atrocious. I'm even using mine wired on a 13700 with a 4090 and it's nothing but a mess, with input delays and then over-input, like flying through the Options selections all on its own with just a tap of the joystick. They'll pretend it's fine but the goal is trying to incentivize us buying one of THEIR controllers or at least shying us away from using their biggest competitor's product.

Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Happens to me sometimes. You might have to set your audio to your speakers as there’s one on the controller and it’s probably switched to that.

Every time I have this issue (and for the record, it happens to both my wired Series X controller and wired DualSense) I go into the Steam Input window and select the default controller template again for whatever controller I'm using and it instantly fixes the problem

Always a good tip.

I have been playing the game for a few now with a DS3 wireless with no issues.
Had to change to after Both my Xbox X series controllers stopped working for no reason. When i say stopped working; both of them acted like the USB cable was lose and they would disconnect when moving it. It is not the cables or the connector, i tried different Working cables. Same sh*t and several games.

But anyway. DS3 (the PS3 controller) works flawless wireless, with the "Nefarius_BthPS3_Drivers_x64_arm64_v2.14.0" Bluetooth driver and "dshidmini_v2.2.282.0." (don't have to run this unless you need to configure the DS3 goodies) :catalien:
