There is enough firepower lying around, if you search a bit. The problem is that it hasn't enough effect on enemies, one shot in the had should be enough, but not three shots. Regarding the dogs, you are right. But you can use Indy's whip to chase them off.

Why is this an issue? If you hit them multiple times they get stunlocked an indefinite amount of time, having the same effect as if you could kill them.

That's not actually true.

But you mainly fight Nazis and Fascists. Not exactly known as being the most diverse bunch of people historically.

Are you seriously proclaiming to the world that your family gets upset by entertainment media in which the protagonist kills literal Nazis. because you care more about their skin color than the fact that they were evil f*ckers? Do you get triggered by WW2 movies too?

Is the sentiment you're operating under basically that that Hitler fellow was just misunderstood, and wasn't really as bad as everybody makes him out to be?
