there is enough money in each zone to buy everything available.
not really, currency exchanges wasn't really a big thing in the 30's especially in egypt, vatican city and siam.
This bothers me because of the metroidvania aspects. I guess Indy forgot that he had a lighter and rebreather on his person in the Vatican? The lighter is purchased after you leave and the rebreather specifically involves a quest halfway around the globe. This seems like an attempt to pad the game length and give the illusion of more player agency than there otherwise would have been.
indiana jones is an archaeologist and explorer, rather than just focusing on the former, try doing the latter
This.
The game breaks the immersion at every single opportunity for no reason, but Indy cant exchange some Money, because realism.
This idea is beyond bad.
