Ancient Relics achievement not gotten despite collecting them all

So, i collected all the ancient relics before the last one and put them all in the room for the secret ending and after beating the game i collected the final one and put it inside, but i didnt get the achievement. Im guessing its cuz you need to have them all in your inventory or something and now i cant collect them back for it since theyre at the botttom of the map
I wish the achievement requirement was changed so it could include putting them inside the holes instead of just having them inside your inventory since i feel like thats a really easy way to loose access to that achievement

I have the same issue.

I had the same issue. The achievement does go off the amount in your inventory. I had to reload the save checkpoint from before the puzzle was solved.

I was able to fix this by rolling back a save, and putting all of the relics in my inventory. I hope that helps!

unfortunatelly i was so used to the checkpoints that i didnt even remember to save manually, in fact i didnt even do that at all so i dont think i can do that

I had to go back and solve the wall puzzle again which gives you a note
