Ancient Relics bugged off map?

The last 5 relics I need on Gizeh are way off in the west & northwest. Are these legit locations of relics? Doesn't seem like any way to get there...

That's a late level area that is also partially underground.
Edit: It appears you haven't advanced the main story enough. You get a local map for that zone.

Ohhh okay cool, was worried my game was bugged out. I should probably just beat the game and then come back for all the collectibles later to avoid this happening again!

At the very least follow the story.
And if you wait even longer you will find "collectables" maps for some other levels even further in too the game. (there are places you cant buy books for)
