Bug in Sukothai- Pyramid- Fight with Nephilim

I cant finish the fight with the nephilim. I´ll knock him down, but the snake is not appearing. He stand up again and is attacking me. I also can´t die, cause every time my life display will fill up without band aids. I have done this for one hour and even tried an older save point.

Has anybody met the same problem and has found a solution?

You have to punch him when he is on hes knees. Then the Snake comes
