Bugged Vatican - ancient relics and stolen artifacts

Bugged Vatican – both during the collection of Ancient Relics and Stolen Artifacts, despite collecting all the items, the game still shows that one is missing (relics 9/10, artifacts 4/5).

I just finished the mission to find the lost artifacts of Europe, and after leaving the Vatican and returning, the game says I’m missing one artifact, even though it’s not in the location where it should be. The same goes for one of the ancient relics—I’ve gone through all the locations five times, collected all the relics, and I still see a message saying that one is missing. Help.

Having same issue here 9/10 and have double checked all locations
