Quest Bug "Three-Eyed Gate Puzzle"

None of your advices help me.
I was restarting the game, the computer. I started from a new checkpoints, saves. I tried to die, step back and come back again.
The problem is that I don't have the right symbols for layering on the gate itself in the center.
They are simply duplicated with others on the sides. See the screenshot attached.
Moreover, upon entering the cave immediately, all the doors are already open without interaction!!!
At first I tried to solve the riddle, but I couldn't do it. After that, I decided to Google how it's solved. And I saw from numerous streamers / bloggers, on forums, completely different symbols in the center. And the doors that were originally closed.
From now on, I can't complete the game.
Another interesting note: in the previous riddle, in the Resonance dome, where you need to pronounce the phrase in the correct order. In my case, choosing random phrases, Indiana will not say that it makes no sense. It turns out that the phrases will not reset and the game will wait until you hit the next one. I noticed this when trying to replay the entire mission from the previous save.
I think the script breaks from here.

Nope, just contacted the support service. They have no help. Just wait patches.

there is only a template answer. But none of the points helped me.

Fast travel away from the area you are in and return by visiting a signpost.

Completely exit out of the game and reboot your system.

I had the same problem as the op. I was able to solve the puzzle by doing the following: Aim the left light at the left middle symbol. Aim the middle light at the top right symbol. Aim the right light at the bottom right symbol. This worked for me and the doors opened allowing me to progress. Hope this helps anyone who is stuck here.

yes I remember lil bug there that even matching ones did not open it but by just switching the rays and playing, it suddenly opened, I guess I did by accident what is suggested above
