Cannot 100% due to bug

I’ve accomplished everything but one field note is missing in Sukhothai. It’s the fish one that’s auto given to you after you save the kid from the warrior temple. There are 2 missions that end with you talking to that guy’s father after. But since I completed both of them before talking to the father, that ended up skipping the accomplishment scene and it won’t ever get to 100%. Very frustrating, because that’s the only thing left.

I've finished the game and I have 100% everything I can think of, notes etc. Things are still shown to me that I already have, unfortunately there is a bug even though I have 100% I can't get my last achievement.

Yup, same here. In Shanghai I have a 0/1 notes saying I didn't have the Shanghai map but I know I got it in Sukhatai. Also in Sukhatai one note is invisible despite saying 20/20 so might create an issue in the overall count. It's just a mess.

Yes, there are a couple photo/journal icons on the screen but since it’s already 20/20, or in this case 58/59 with no icons it won’t trigger the achievement. I’m sure these bugs will be patched soon. I would hope. Guess I’ll have to go back and do it again but or very hard and do things one at a time.

Hello, I have the same problem, in Iraq, I have 13/14 with "Excavation Office" missing but the achievement still appeared, so good for me, the photo is in my book, but does not appear in the list of notes... I had this too on the "Elephant in the Room" puzzle in Sukhothai, but I realized after 30mins, I rolled back one hour, and the problem did not come back... It seems that it is due to a save of the game at the same time as taking the photo or taking a note. Don't hesitate to always check when you take a photo or make a note if the photo/note has appeared in the list of notes of the quest you are doing. Thanks

Unfortunately, I'm also at 99% with the issue in Sukhatai with an icon indicating a picture at the Uncle that I can never take.

You must not scare the monkeys away, you have to walk carefully onto the platform so that you get the trigger symbol.

Yep - I got a notes bug in Giza. Seems like there’s many bugs related to collectibles.

It isn't the monkeys i need a photo of. It is one of the signs(i think?) in the office before storage room that need a key.
