But absolutely it certainly is a great game. I've posted a few threads discussing the game and they don't usually get responses just as yours hasn't all day. The games' artists, writers and coders have certainly done a great job but the forum moderators are doing everything in their power to harm the game by allowing bigoted weirdos with inane axes to grind to run the forum and destroy any hope of an actual gaming community.
Otherwise known as disgruntled liberals.
It is a good game.
Requires a powerful computer to enjoy at its fullest.
If you've got that, and fifty hours to spare, it's smooth sailing.
And this is why nobody actually uses Steam discussions as an information or discussion avenue.
Like it's 2024, people just use reddit or the chans.
I think it is good that moderators allow any kinds of threads in the Steam discussions, including those where players can enounce that they do not like the game due to some reason. But the number of threads that are about things like "game is woke", "this game is a failure", "Steam numbers indicate a big flop", etc. has become so significant that it is very complicated to even find those threads which are actually about the game itself. What would be needed is a kind of filter in order to look through all of this and find the threads which are actually interesting for players of the game.
In the Steam reviews it is possible to filter for the reviews of players who played the game a certain amount of time. If that would be possible in the discussion forum as well, that would already help a lot. Because the serious topics are usually from players who engaged with the game.
And there should be labels like "bug", "discussion" and the like as on Reddit, so that one can filter for these as well.
You remove Indy and the game is pretty average.
IA and cascading shadows are a joke.

Don't care about woke drama.
Concord failed because no marketing and ugly characters...
Acting like it is only one side shows your bias. Both sides want to push their view onto others and silence anything else and with awards existing, there is a benefit to creating blatant troll threads.
Both the hardcore Anti-Woke and the hardcore Woke are pathetic and both need to be called out.
This is blatantly false. Both sides have infested the discussion boards across steam. Drop the tribalism.
Awesome game. Perfect for Christmas 😊🙌🏻
There were NO replies. This post had sunk beyond the tenth page into oblivion and would never have seen the light of day if I hadn't responded to it. (I was searching for one of my posts asking an actual question about the game that had also sunk into oblivion when I found tons of others that had not received replies including this one.)
I was commenting on that fact. And this is just one. There are tons more posts ACTUALLY DISCUSSING THE GAME that never get any responses. Go see for yourself. That's what i was commenting on.
