Indy likes dogs and they clearly wanted to keep a light tone, I have no issue with that.
I have no issue with not killing them, just that one of the means of driving them off is that it's wonky.
They are attack dogs.
There aren't very many in the game, so it's not a big deal.
For the most part, obedience training using the whip works, but you have to hit them.
Sometimes I'll miss because there is too much chaos.
I'm okay with them biting me. They don't do much damage if your health is fully upgraded and hard boiled. On top of that, it's always one attack and they are finished.
I've never been attacked by two dogs or the same dog twice.
Hard to complain about an animal so useless.
I whipped one and then this little bastard kneeled, walked around in a circle and then attacked me again. They are Nazi dogs, let me bonk them on the head too!
It's less that they're *Super* dangerous, more that getting grabbed even after doing the thing that should stop them is annoying.
For what it's worth, I found the shove is actually pretty good, when Indy shoves a dog it always puts them in the "Pacified" state and seems to work better than the whip.
Not woke. Plenty of normal healthy people don't want to see dog killing needlessly
