Serpent's Chest Bug

For whoever has started the Serpent's Chest mystery, where you have to revisit 3 previous locations.

Currently experiencing a bug where revisiting those locations starts the area story from scratch.
My journal still has these areas at 100% so i can only progress mere minutes until I have to pick up a quest item, and I'm already at "item limit".

Has anyone else experienced an issue with this mystery so far? If so, did you find any remedy?

I have rolled back save till before I revisited for a future fix, (I did have a second go from the rollback but alas, same issue so re rolled back).

I'm with you on this one, I revisited Shanghai from Sokhothai, grabbed the key there, and then after that when I tried to go back to Vatican for the second one, the beginning cutscene for that map played again and the story started again where I have to talk with Antonio and hand him the medallion.
Did you finish all the story missions first before going for the Chest mystery? For me I haven't and there're still a couple of things to be done in Sokhothai.

Same for me. I finished everything in Sokhothai except for the last part of the main mission, since it results in going to the next location.

Same here, Vatican etc all now restarted as if I never visited. Can't rollback as happens regardless
