CANNOT COLLECT PHOTOGRAPHS FROM PREVIOUS LOCATIONS

I am trying to revisit the Himalayas to collect a missing note - a photo of the KMS Kemmetz, however I cannot access the bridge where I need to take the photo because the pipe-blocked entrance is not allowing me back through. Has anyone else had this issue?

Before going up to the room with the captain, check the room where the officers are gathered, and you can see a plastic model of KMS Kemmetz. Take a picture of that model.
