I have 2 graphics cards, a RX 7800 XT (My main one which supports ray tracing), and a GTX 1660 TI. I have tried launching the game in safe mode, same error. I have also tried verifying game files, and restarting my computer.
Looks like the game is trying to use the gtx 1660ti gpu which isnt supported and ignoring your 7800XT which should work for the game.

Go download MSI after burner or EVGA precision X I guarantee that it will show your second gpu as idle if your nvidia control panel is not set to sli. Another way to do it is in the nvidia control panel find the game your playing or select global settings and where it says GPU's select Single GPU rendering or something to this effect for global settings to force 1 gpu always. remove your SLI bridge if you have it on, should solve the possibility that SLI somehow gets enabled
