Can't launch game.
I've played about 3 hours of the game so far, but when I go to launch it today I get this error: "Missing Vulkan device extension(s). Please check the game minimum specs on the store page. Hardware ray tracing is required. If you believe your graphics card is supported, please be sure to update to the latest drivers: -VK_KHR_ray_query."

I know my graphics card is supported, as I've already played the game for 3 hours. I also checked, and my drivers are up to date.

To add some more information:
I have 2 graphics cards, a RX 7800 XT (My main one which supports ray tracing), and a GTX 1660 TI. I have tried launching the game in safe mode, same error. I have also tried verifying game files, and restarting my computer.

As I said in my first reply, I have already verified the files multiple times, and it always says all files validated.

Looks like the game is trying to use the gtx 1660ti gpu which isnt supported and ignoring your 7800XT which should work for the game.

I’d rather not, as I really enjoyed my 3 hours of gameplay so far.

Is there any way to force which GPU it uses? It used the right one the first few times I played.

Go download MSI after burner or EVGA precision X I guarantee that it will show your second gpu as idle if your nvidia control panel is not set to sli. Another way to do it is in the nvidia control panel find the game your playing or select global settings and where it says GPU's select Single GPU rendering or something to this effect for global settings to force 1 gpu always. remove your SLI bridge if you have it on, should solve the possibility that SLI somehow gets enabled

and continue reading.

Thank you! While I did not try the fix you quoted, I did go to the link and tried disabling the other GPU in device manager, which did work!
