how bad is the headbob and motionblur?
i know this is the same devs that made the Wolfeinstein games and the head bob and motion blur made those games unplayable for me due to motion sickness and from what i recall there was no option to turn either of these off is this game in the same boat?

You're able to turn it off.

You are able to turn off motion blur. You can only reduce head bob despite what the setting in the menus imply. If you are even remotely sensitive to motion sickness in games, you will likely have problems here.

alright thanks ill pass then
I disagree. I was super sensitive with their previous games the Wolfenstein games as the head bob was terrible and no option to remove it so I had to force remove it via the console commands (and assign it to a key press to use with the sniper zoom etc). No problem with this game.
I turned off motion blur. And tbh I did not notice the headbob until I read it here. It often bothers me as well in games. (Not in a nausea sense but an annoyed sense)

there is no real headbob in this game, not like in other games. you even won't notice if you dont have a closer look and it only bobs up and down a minimal amount like doing steps. no swaying from left to right or something like that... shouldnt be a problem with motion sickness! you can watch some gameplay videos on youtube and have a look for yourself.
motion blur you can disable completely in the settings menu...

There is head bobbing, and it cannot be turned off. It’s causing me motion sickness.

There is head bobbing, you can’t turn it off completely, and it is giving me motion sickness even at the highest FOV, especially in cramped spaces (and there’s a lot of them).

Unfortunately, another dev that doesn’t really care about accessibility.
There is headbob.
You can't disable it.
It is VERY noticeable, regardless of what some others are trying to claim.
It IS a game breaking experience for me.
I won't play it again until there's an option to disable fully.
I gave the game a negative review specifically for the unforgivable crime of even considering including such a stupid "feature".
Strongly recommend avoiding the game.
I'm getting motion sickness and i suspect it's the head bobbing. It is one of the many factors that can cause ms for me :(

Let's hope the add the option to turn it off completely or someone else can make a full 3rd person mod.

Me too, and I have no problems in this game.
I suppose it can be edited or, if not, after a patch.

I also suffer from motion sickness on some games and this is definitely one of them. I fiddled with the FOV, turned off motion blur and headbob, but the headbob never actually turns off.
Currently I can't play it for more than 15 minutes.
Hoping for a patch that fixes that, it's a fun game but I'm glad I didn't buy it (GamePass)
I never had a problem with motion sickness in 30+ years of video gaming but Indiana Jones is making me feel sick. It's unbearable to just walk.
This is the first game I played that gave me motion sickness. The headbob is very present and you can't turn it off.
