Ancient Relics Achievement Bugged

Putting this here in case someone else has had the same issue. I have collected all of the ancient relics and solved the final puzzle with them, but the achievement for collecting all of them never popped. I got the final secret note as well which popped the achievement for collecting all of the journal entries, but Iraq is still showing as having one more note to collect with nothing showing on the map.

For me it also shows 100% everywhere but the Ancient Relics Achievement didnt pop up.

I've got the same issue in Iraq - I didn't realize there was a photo to take at the VERY beginning of the level, and once you go across the collapsing wooden scaffolding to get into the excavation camp you can't get back to the photo spot. Hopefully they'll patch in a way to open the gate after completing the game.
