Bugs in late game (contains SPOILERS)

I finished the game and to make the game perfect I wanted to collect all the stuff in earlier levels. But I encounter now a bunch of bugs, that make it very hard:
- I cannot get the apple from Marshal college to any other level as it's not saving I guess
- In Sukhohai the last thing I did was winning the boxer. Then I bought the last book, traveled to the village (where I had to change cloth to Indy) and left the level. Now it says I missed one book. If I go back I am still in the boxring but with indy clothes. I cannot change them and I cannot leave the location anymore and am locked.
- In Sukhothai a bunch of items are shown wrong on the map. A map in Wat Mahathat is shown or a map in front of Indys house.
- Coghweels near the hidden pyramid left on the map and I did not take them. Took me ages to refind them. But unsure if it's a bug. If I leave any cogwheel somewhere else, they are shown on the map.
- Oh also: when Locus tried to protect us with the huge stone, I died once. Then after ressurrection the huge stone plate in his hands was missing so I was immediatly killed by the guns which ended up in a sudden death loop.

So far that's it. Personally I think it's really annoying when traveling to another level we don't save anything.

yeah, the save-system is not great. but it's works at least regulary. after a task and before traveling to another region just wait for the save symbol to show up. move around in the area to trigger it.

I had to travel back in forth several times because of some missing collectibles in my inventory because I traveled without waiting for that magical auto-save.

Actually this is the problem. In Marshal college, I cannot find a spot to trigger this. Here it seems triggered by actions. In Sukhothai I am not able to leave the Boxring location anymore and this icon definitely showed up, when I arrived in the village. It only saved my outfit, which makes it even worse.
BTW I'm not mad. It's a great game (in fun and size) and stuff like this happens. Just want to make sure it get's some attention and I can recover my savegame. And for the apple I could do a restart.
Is there a bug report system I can use? Maybe this would help.

There is no need to get the apple from Marshal College, they can be found in other places too. try the barracks in the west of the Vatican
