Good FPS but constant micro stuttering
Hi have a 4070 Ti Super and I noticed that while I had an average of 80-100 fps the game didn't feel smooth. So I turned everything to low and disabled everything else and I noticed that the game has constant micro stutters every half a second (on the average), as you can see by this screenshot (the FPS kept going from 100+ to 20 and back every half a second):

This is taken standing still and yes the game is on a fast M2 NVME SSD.

Did anyone experience anything like this and managed to fix it? (I tried everything around here, including the pinned post, disabling/enabling GSYNC, VSYNC, Low Latency, etc etc)

I had issues with low latence mode and DLSS... Disabling helped a lot.
Also additionally disabling VSYNC and low latence in Nvidia Setting seemed to help.

I had similar issue, FPS was fine but constant spikes, looked strange.
Downgraded to 566.14 and it disappeared.

I have a similar setup and also encountered this annoying problem. What fixed it for me was to turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. Hope it works for you as well.

UPDATE:
Actually, I did some more research and it turns out while that does eliminate the stutter, it also disables frame generation. So what I did instead was disable BOTH NVIDIA Audio drivers in device manager, and once I did that, I was able to leave Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling on and everything works fine now.

Get rid of those audio drivers.
