Could someone with 100% completion please share the save file?

I'm desperate for a solution, I finished the game just yesterday after over 50 hours of playing, found every single item including one bugged note which I definitely up as well since I picked up the medicine right next to it, the one by the typewriter in Sukhothai as part of The Blessed Pearl, except it's not counted in either the journal or on the map. The icon points me right to the table where it's located, but it's just not located there and it's missing in the journal as well.

I know, I know, there are the famous "fountain photo" and "Jesus photo" solutions all over the Internet, believe me, I've read every single article and seen every single video about this issue, but nothing works for me since I've already taken all photos of all hints as part of 100% completion before, so it cannot update the number of photos because all are already taken, and simply updating the number of photos would be enough to trick it into counting as 100% completion. I tried to remember every single puzzle with hints, revisited The Great Sphinx and found no prompts in the room with the mask, revisited the fountain and no prompts either, the Jesus wall which only lets me repeat the hint with no luck, then both cog puzzles before the Hidden Pyramid where I can repeat one and it does the journal update sound effect and notification, except nothing really happens since it's still repeated, while the other one actually offers to take the hint photo, but that also doesn't work. Finally, I remembered the plaque below the fountain when I went to sleep, couldn't wait to come home and try it, but the game crashes to desktop the moment the camera angle is correct, so I can't try that either.

I tried verifying game files twice, restarting the PC, rolling back save files as far as it can go, booting up the game in safe mode, downloading save files from the Internet which are corrupt because that was before Update 2 on Steam and so on. Nothing, absolutely nothing works.

So, please, if someone could upload their 100% save file on Google Drive or wherever, I would immensely appreciate it, it's extremely frustrating and I hate that I already memorized every single article, every single comment about this issue on the entire Internet, whether it's Steam, Reddit, YouTube, whatever. It's driving me nuts that after 50 hours of playing the game at snail pace and enjoying it at the fullest without looking anything up at all, hoping to wrap it all up in style with the secret ending by beating by far the hardest and longest puzzle in the game which also has the prerequisite of finding all ancient relicts (which took well over an hour to beat, but I enjoyed it so much as I did the whole game, really), and now after all that time and effort spent exploring every inch and grabbing every item, I don't have closure because of just this one stupid note that won't work... Just one note, and just one achievement... Really sucks. I don't want to wait for patches which might easily not even fix the specific note I'm missing, I just want to wrap it all up and be ready for DLC.

Anyway, sorry about the rant, I'm tired because, guess what, I completely lost track of time first during that ridiculously long and challenging puzzle at the wall, and then after realizing the final remaining note / achievement are bugged out and trying to find a workaround.

Thanks a lot for the time and effort, but sadly, it turns out these save files are tied to Steam IDs. I found out that DOOM: Eternal does the same thing and there is a tool for that, and someone on Reddit found out the different string needed for this game, but I have no idea how to do that. If I don't find that out, I guess I'll just have to wait for a patch... Too bad. Anyway, thanks once again.
