No demo?

Can we expect a demo of the game on Steam?

As my PC just meets the minimum requirements and I've pre-ordered the physical version, I'd like to make sure it's running properly before I unbox the game (or send it back for a refund).

demos for aaa games shouldn't be expected, some have demos, but it's far from the norm

u can start to play it on 6th december and u will have 2 hours to check it lol. Plenty of time to check good or bad.

I suppose I'd have to buy the digital version to test before asking for a refund.

But am I guaranteed a refund if the game works and I say it was for testing? ^^'

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i used to do refunds about 5 time a week, and more than 3 refunds at the same time. Read the policy that the main thing is to not play over 2 hours and 2 weeks not passed from the purchase.

And how long does it take to get your money back? If the game works, I'd like to know how long I have to wait before it's removed from my library (and then I can use the Steam code included in the physical version).

Does the money go back to the payment method we used?

I have done many refunds, the $ goes to your steam wallet. As others have said, you have 2 weeks and up to 2 hrs of play time to ask for a refund (I think the 2 hrs is rounded because I got a refund on a game that I had 2.2 hrs of playtime, and when I tried a game with 2.6 hrs I was declined)

A couple of days usually, sometimes faster. And the founds go to your wallet or what ever payment you used. (Its a drop-down to pick one)

Wish Steam was a bit more aggresive pushing the information about the refunds:
