I'm half convinced Nvidia and Epic are in cahoots.

Everything you have said here is completely false, and mostly opposite of reality. This engine isnt even a drop in the pool next to ****ing Unreal engine. Good god.

PS: Nvidia and THIS developer are in cahoots. Nvidia and CDPR are in choots. Nvidia is in the pockets of most pc game publishers, forcing them to add so you buy. This game is no different, and the most egregious example, by far.

Not at all my friend, something is wrong with your PC, I have a Ryzen 2700X Eight-core Processor 16 Threads @ 4 Ghz.
32 GB Corsair Ram.
Sapphire RX6700XT 12 GB.
The game runs impressively in supreme quality at 60 FPS in Full HD 1080p resolution and I'm sure that if I connect it to a 2K monitor it runs the same but with less quality.
Ih ave RYZEN 1700 16 GB DDF4 3200MHZCL15 MP 600 2TB WRITE:4950MB/S READ:4250MB/S. Yes 6700xt can run all games maxed 1440p with more than 60 fps . And all 1440p maxed 60+ fps. Which means that since you still have 1080p monitor it is normal thar you run it maxed 1080p 60f ps. Why you still have 1080p monitor with such a powerful grapihcs card? I got mine 1440p in 2016 and now in 2024 you still have 1080p?

That CPU is plenty fine for any modern game.

But this does have brutal GPU requirements.

It's only brutal because Nvidia in typical Nvida fashion released the RTX 2060 initially with 6GB (not enough memory). Otherwise, even the crap RTX 3050 is pretty fine.

Oh, and Core i3 and Ryzen 3 are fine as well.

only the minimum vram will be an issue for some. many people have the 6gb 2060 and the game wont load for them. deffo time to upgrade to a gpu with at least 16gb these days
