Everything you have said here is completely false, and mostly opposite of reality. This engine isnt even a drop in the pool next to ****ing Unreal engine. Good god.
PS: Nvidia and THIS developer are in cahoots. Nvidia and CDPR are in choots. Nvidia is in the pockets of most pc game publishers, forcing them to add so you buy. This game is no different, and the most egregious example, by far.
But this does have brutal GPU requirements.
It's only brutal because Nvidia in typical Nvida fashion released the RTX 2060 initially with 6GB (not enough memory). Otherwise, even the crap RTX 3050 is pretty fine.
