Bethesda is the publisher. Machine Games is the developer. Machine Games also did the new Wolfensteins which was pretty good, at least till the second one. Bethesda also published the new Doom.

Wolf 2 is mid at best. TNO and OB are the only good games they've made which were made before the era of "mODErN auDIenCe".

Game made for the "modern audience"... I saw the guy who said that in the teaser and ...I'm not giving any money to this ideology.

What is your cultural background? What's your social-economic status? What do you look like? Who do you work for? Show the world how wonderful you are. I'm sure nobody will judge you.

I will say that the "Modern Audience" comment was taken out of context. If you watch the actual video it came from its Modern Audience in the sense that the last Indiana Jones game was nearly 1 and a half decades ago back in the late 2000s. What they mean by modern audience was more something built for modern hardware and modern mechanics instead of WII and PS2 era mechanics and hardware.

Exactly what I would like to avoid. Modern audience is all about what you are; the ego. Do you remember the time when people were pointing their camera forward? The consequence of this cultural shift (I point my camera towards me now) is ...let's just say it's sad. And this new behavior can be seen more and more in games; in the writing, in the characters design.
it's a constant lecturing about new stereotypes that want to replace old stereotypes. Those new stereotypes try to carry "better values" but they miss the mark by a mile. It's embarrassing.

I’m pointing out that you’re hiding behind a computer screen judging others’ professional caliber based on their looks.

At no time, I mentioned anything about his look. My comment was about what he said.

Are you sure, Robert?
You said you “saw the guy ‘who’ said that” and decided to not support his ideology.

Mind if i go back to the Starfield forum with the "giga cringe", its great and supposedly there is another DLC for Starfield on the way. :steamhappy:

I have been trying to think of words other than "bad" "trash" "garbage" and so on to try bring across how bad Starfield is and couldnt think of anything.

By the way the original Indiana Jones is an excellent movie, but i dont think this will be a great game so of course wont play it or be round this forum. But it was worth reading a bit anyway. :)

Starfield however did trick me into waiting a long time and playing that very expensive game and even into preodering so heading that way now. Good day.

Ok let me add this please. :steamhappy:

The original Indiana Jones movie was THE TOP movie at the time, with an essentially unlimited budget, and the film industry was at its very best, AND many years ago when the world was alot larger and things were alot different. It was an exciting and fun film at the time.

This video game however may not have a budget or time to be made equal to the original movie, and video games are different than movies, and i have doubts the video game will be brought up to modern times. All of which would be difficult to do without alot of changes or what ever.

Anyway thats why i am not taking the video game seriously, added to any other legit things anyone else said.

lol no. Spielberg himself said that he made the first indy because he wanted to make a cheap fast easy movie that required less work than Jaws and Encouter of the third kind.

Indiana jones movie are based of serials of the 40... they were cheap to make.
