Same as me.

I was always hesitant to play/buy any games like this, especially when they are usually in the early access forever and never finished completely

My last one supported survival game in the Early Acess form was Minecraft ( old times ).

At least Subnautica looks really interesting and refreshing, unlike other survival-copy-paste games.

I know this game longer, but when I once again searched for the game on youtube because I saw it on steam main page, this was the first video where I'v landed :D Few days ago. It was not the reason to buy the game though. Just looked promising. For my taste markiplier is funny, but not the right approach to see if a game is interessting ;P

It still should give some more publicity for the game.

i see most new players swimming around with a tool in their hand and as a result been so slow.
did anyone of you also do this at the start. took me like 10 minutes to figure out that without its faster also that swimming at the surface is faster.

The thing is he's trying to make a fast-moving, fun video, he can't sit and read through all the components and ingredients at his leisure. So he's making more than the usual amount of mistakes (unless you can't or don't read and have made these mistakes as well).
