Usually i tend to make a cosy "large" (but not too much as i like thing to stay functionnal reducing uneeded back and forth between room) main base, and many smaller outpost around the world with the basic survival stuff and a moonpool. (also for now i ""almost "never" use the cyclop as i prefer the seamoth manoeuvrabilty and speed + rechargeable aspect)
