I second the predator petting in general though, that'd be swell!
Reapers probably won't be a pet, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.
And petting a predator isn't necessariliy a bad idea like you said. Check out this really....strange...shark video.

That reminds me.The Emperor will take a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of resources to capture in survival.Jesus Christ that will be a challenge :D.
One way or another I will capture him,first in creative to see how he behaves and then in survival.
I'll need to count the deaths until I got him.Hopefully he does not despawn like the Reaper did when I tried it in survival(after pretty much making the area around the aurora a desert to get all the titanium,ugh -.-)
Unless this has changed, I've been giving Issac Clarke more attention than Subnautica Dude lately, but Sandharks used to go after biters, especially if you farm raised and released into biter infested areas...
