If you don't get it back, tell them good bye and get it on steam - devs still updating their game (there is an engine upgrade live, via experimental right now). It is definitely worth it.
@all: He might ask here on steam forums, because, from what I know, Epic Store doesn't have a forum - because "less toxic environment" *cough* etc pp. ;)
Yeah thanks man, can't disagree with this, it put me off ever actually buying a game from the Epic store, i have never had a game just disappear on me on Steam.
Maybe try and see if you gotten Subnautica with a different account. Don't bother looking for receipts in your email, as I never received any for any of the games I have with epic. I tried to recover my password for all my emails until I finally got lucky. When I logged in with the old account, Subnautica was there in my library waiting to be installed
Hopefully that's all it is. Playing the game now and it's awesome.
Good luck.
