In all honesty, considering the tens of thousands playing the game without significant issues compared to the hundreds that are, leads me to believe that those having crash issues have unstable machines to begin with, or issues with advanced settings. I'm running a 6th generation I-7 (I get the nag banner at bootup that I have a mere four cores and the game likes six or more), yet my game is stable. Sure, I have to be content not running on ultra settings, but it still looks better than my heavily modded Skyrim game that my machine runs on ultra settings without breaking a sweat.

It's part of Microsoft's new strategy, release as many Bethesda games as fast as possible. They likely got Virtuous straight to work on Fallout 3 Remastered instead of any patches for this game.

The issues are real, known, and admitted. There is an update coming. Patience. Probably will be a week or two.

are you related to a certain rotten orange from america ? your logic sounds like it could be...

anyways its clear the dev of the game was rushed, they choose UE5 for the looks but skipped performance optimization which is quite literally the main topic any dev team has when they pick UE as you save time on graphics & looks which peaks but performance will hemorrhage if you dont invest time into that

We really don't need an actual update - just go the modding community and you can find plenty of updates there.

bud.... please slap yourself... you only counted the topics, not even responses within those posts and that alone goes far beyond the hundreds u claim... and furthermore not all will complain or give feedback...

i can almost guarantee that you never reported an issue directly to Microsoft or Apple for Os issues... also odds are low youre using linux or other judging by your reasoning.... i mean slyly i would be ashamed in ur place

I get random crashes here and there, usually hours apart. Other than that, game has been a lot of fun.

There is only so much modders can do, my friend. The engine itself is the problem… memory leaks plus the instability of UE5 make for an experience in torture.

The number of people enjoying carefree gameplay out stripe those complaining of constant crashes by a significant magnitude. Just because your machine isn't stable with this game doesn't mean everyone shares your experience.

Learn to tune your machine right for this game and you'll have a far more satisfying experience.

Crashing on mixing stamina potions isn't "It Just works" quality...

Tune your ass for my fist.

Large open world Unreal 5 engine games tend to be crash prone. STALKER 2 has similar (but considerably worse) crash behavior. Overall this game has been good to me after installing these tweaks

only had 1 crash on stalker 2 in my entire time playing and it was because of discords overlay while trying to stream it and me alt-tabbing. i wouldnt say its more crash prone, but some people just have worse luck than others.
