Oblivion Gates are easier when you get 100% Chameleon
You can get the 30% Chameleon enchantment from Sigil Stones after level 17. Just quicksave right before you grab the Sigil Stone and you can keep reloading the save until you get chameleon or any enchantment you want. The Sigil Stone enchantment is always random. Also, this is useful if you want to use Gray Fox's hood without guards harassing you.

You really need them to be even easier?

What is also happening with 100% Chameleon is that the game gets 100% more boring...
True, but it's useful if you're playing as a thief character or you're trying to level up low skills.

Ummmm, Everything is easier when you have 100% chameleon...
100% chameleon is still in the game? Man, that is just boring.

any enchantments will make things easier, thats what they are for to boost your character stats

I got a ring with 35% as a quest reward, and a chest with 30% off a bandit. Not using them at the moment. But I tested with a spell to boost myself over 100% and it was super broken. Even not sneaking, and melee attacking stuff, it still didnt even know I was there, and never fought back. It doesnt just make things easier. It makes things a guaranteed win.
I'm a stealth archer with no chameleon and they are pretty easy.. One shot most stuff unless it bugs out. The only downside is skills never level up except marksman..

I had to switch to shortsword so i could level my blade, block and light armor.

Yeah, it basically breaks the game's combat. If you're planning on doing a lot of the optional Oblivion Gates to get the Sigil Stones, 100% Chameleon makes it so you can basically run through them.

I mean, 30 second invisibility spells are cheap to cast also, when every magic skill is at 100. The game is as easy or hard as you want it to be. Play the way the feels good for you. I might enchant a set of Chameleon glass armor, just because. Repairing armor in this game is tedious as it breaks so fast, so I sport shield enchanted clothing.
Oblivion Gates are also easy when your main offence skills are maxed, like you should be leveling the whole game to have them at.
Oblivion Gates are easy. I just run past everything and jump around gates if I have to. Usually complete Oblivion gates <5 minutes.

With 100 % chameleon there is no game left to play.
100% chameleon is extremely funny messing with npcs.

create a spell command creature and command humanoid and make the enemies fight for you while on Chameleon.
I have level 50 acrobatics and the game is hilariously easy to shut down oblivion gates :steamhappy: just leap over lava, leap over mountains, leap over enemies until you get to the tower. then just run like hell
