Survival mode

Survival mode like fallout or skyrim would be amazing with this. I know you can mod it but an official game mode would be nice with extra achievements and the like.

Someone has made a start on a survival mode in the nexus matey! Adding things like hunger and thirst. It’s bare bones atm but will only get improved, it might cure your itch for the time being.
