This remaster is frankly a generation (or 2) ahead of Skyblivion. Sad, but true and people said Skyrim's engine was a bad choice at the start of the project. I always thought it was a shame how they chose to use Skyrim as a base, I frankly believe the project would've been easier if they remade it literally on Unreal Engine 4 and just required you to have owned Oblivion in order for the "mod" (A whole new UE4 game) to load.
PS: I have an immense amount of respect for the Skyblivion team though, they truly love Oblivion and they frankly worked with the most reasonable options they had at the time. + they made a lot of epic assets and in the end, from a Skyrim playthrough point of view it will still be an epic mod.
Just like Oblivion remastered suffers from having all of Oblivions charming jank.
I respect your guys opinions., still doesn't prove me wrong ✌️
Hope you guys can find something meaningful in your lives 😘
But then I thought about SKYBLIVION, and a possible 2025 drop after what? 13 years in the development wilderness and decided to wait.
There is always KC II, after all.......
