Report a translation problem
I am assuming these are related bugs, which is why I am posting this here.
Rightclick on windows desktop -> displaysettings -> scroll down to "multiple monitor options" -> change settings to only use your monitor you want the game to be on and keep changes -> start game -> backtrack and turn secondary monitor back on.
Works for me, hope it helps. (Menu names might be different since my pc is not running on english).
Answer = Ultramon app running the background & press CTRL + Q .. switches the selected app / window from one screen to another in a heart beat ...

I then press..
alt / enter
and if it jumps back to the left screen ..
windows key / shift / right arrow
In UE5 usually you can add a flag to Steam starting arguments:
-PRIMARYMONITOR=1
if this don't work you can try:
-windowed -noborder
I don't have dual monitor so i can't test this myself to see if it works on OBR too.
