Savlian bug at castle kvatch?

At the courtyard, talking to him he just says "Charge the courtyard! Leave none of them standing!"

Guy refuses to move. There are no mobs anywhere. I have cleared the castle as well.

It will never be fixed, don't waste your time reporting it. Bethesda only does a few token patches fixing 1% of the bugs, then moves on.

So now I've tried:
- Cleared ALL Kvatch areas. Twice.
- Slept in the chapel
- Killed Savlian
- Reloaded different saves that aren't too old
- Restarted game

I don't know what to do other than standing all over and HOPING it doesn't happen again. Great start to the game...

Type "set ms49.courtyardkilled to 9" without quotes and it should cause him to run up and talk to you.
This was a known bug in the original. Since it uses the same scripting old bugs will still occur.
This will cause the script to realize no enemies are left. The bug is caused by the script still thinking enemies are left.
