Oblivion Spell Cost Calculator

Hiya, guys.

I already posted this on reddit for full disclosure. I figured I'd post it here in case it helps anyone.

I basically made a calculator for working out the base magicka cost of a spell using the Mage's Guild spell creator as the cost it shows is after any reductions (e.g. from skill level).

This should help you to make the best spells possible for your current skill level without worrying that after you make it, it will suddenly say "Skill level too low" when the spell creator said it was perfectly fine.
