Oh boy, I can't wait to turn on voice chat and hear:
- Squeaker voice screeching
- Dog barking in background
- Mic quality so bad you can only get patches of words through
- "Git gud u fkn ♥♥♥"
- "Hey guys its my first game go easy on me bla bla bla"
- Someone getting yelled at/beaten by mom in the background
- Playing porn over the mic
- "The middle of the country is a cesspool of failed economic development..."

Yet it is still 100x better than playing it without a voice chat.
Game demands high cooperation - you can't do it without a voice chat. Worst case - you get uncooperative ally and either mute or leave.

If you are going to play Single-Player, you won't need Voice Chat. If you are going to play multi-player, use Discord.

If you are planning on Pick-Up-Groups for multi-player in NR? Well, good luck with that. Missing voice chat not being embedded in the game will be the least of your worries.

Voice chat here is mandatory feature for obvious reasons, no need to make pathetic excuses or/and non-working workarounds. If you prefer not speaking at all - it is your choice, i am not judging. But do not talk like everyone must have that poor experience.

Well, when you grow up and get your first job, you'll realise that matching time with not one but two of your friends is a task that needs a month ahead planning. And, guess what, not everyone of your friends will play this genre - so you'll need a specific people there which extends planning time times more.

This is a no-go if you are not a kid. Voice here is mandatory and you literally have no reason to deny it since you can disable/mute whenever you want.
