What's the hardest boss for you in the game?
I'm starting to like this kind of topics, that provide some interesting statistics.
So, as topic says, what is the hardest boss in the game, in your opinion?

To make it clear - mention only bosses from first 4 areas.
Ruins, Weald, Warrens, Cove.

I.e.:
Ruins: Necromancer & Prophet.
Weald: Wilbur & Flesh.
Warrens: Hag & Cannon (Brigand ** Pounder).
Cove: Siren & Pirate Crew.

I'd say that we could exclude Brigand ** Pounder cannon boss from this "poll", since it's just stupidly long, boring and annoying boss fight. Nothing hard there. Just luck and rng based battle.

So what about the other ones, for you?

So far I cleared all 8 apprentice bosses and 6 out of 8 veteran bosses (except prophet and sunken crew)

The hardest boss for me so far is the Prophet. I had to run from the apprentice and also from the veteran level phopet. Hate his Rubble of Ruin attack :D.
The only other boss I had to run so far was Wilbur veteran level.
I hate the Flesh and the Bridgand Pounder the most. If it had to be just one I would say bridgand Pounder, that fight is just A LOT of luck base. "Are you going to kill the lighter" or "when the cannon shoot will it miss" another one "oh great that cuttthrout just got two criticle hits in a row on my front guys". Just keeps going on and on.

TBH if you are prepared most bosses are easier than normal dungs (for weald it's surely harder to reach the bosses than to fight them, though pounder may get unlucky tbh).
For just the fights I'd say it's the flesh as it's the only boss where you can get maybe 1 character killed if you get reallly unlucky/not perfectly prepared. 2nd maybe prophet.
I didn't have time to do champion pounder but I'd say he could be harder.
I'm discussin them on champ lvl ofc.

I had no problem with the Bridgand Pounder. Just make sure to kill the lighter before attacking anyone else. Once I failed to killed him and the cannon took almost 50% health from all 4 heroes.

I hate the bosses I last kill. Usually the Flesh and Crew. By the time these unlock all my proper fighters are lvl 3 and thus I have to face these with newbies taken off the stage coach, hoping I get somewhat decent ones.

The swin prince (or wilbur I guess?) is jsut a pain, anything with AOE stuns is a little rediculous when it comes to difficulty. Although with a dodge guardian houndmaster all bosses are kinda easy

Swine Prince is pretty easy, bring an arbalist to clear marks, then all he does is wild flailing.

Flesh can easily be done if you can stack blights and bleeds on it. Stuns also work fairly well

Siren is easily cheesed with holy water + debuff charm

Veteran Crew I used a Man at Arms with Aria Box + worrystone in rank 1 and applied crusader stress buff as well for -50% stress damage. Trivialized the fight.

Prophet is pretty random, blight + rocks can kill a hero before you can react. Supposedly there are ways to cheese him, though.

Necromancer is barely a boss.

Hag can be killed in multiple ways, not very hard.

Brigands require high accuracy. You dont need much damage ,but you can't afford a miss.
I think it was made easier recently though, because I did take a shot from the Veteran cannon and instead of going death's door 4x I had 20-30% hp left.

i hate the crew and profet the most, profet has eaten most heroes and the sunken crew i always get ambushed by a shambler and its very tough if he pulls and locks a back row
The False King Feb 2, 2016 @ 9:11am
Going through the game unprepared and new I found the Hag was the hardest. It was the most unexpected boss I encountered with not having a very good way to deal with it. The rest seemed pliable. Loved playing this game.

Why? He is aoe stacking much stress, also skeletons 3+ lvl blocking all the way to him, also their crittting is insane

I actually agree. With some bad rng - if your heroes do not provide enough dps against incoming skeletons (heavy ones, especially) or stuns against Necro do not pass - he can be a pain in the... well, there.

Treebranch Giant is easily the hardest boss Kappa
But I'd probably say for me the hardest so far has been the Flesh.

If you plan for this and bring a group that can dps front and back, you can easily kill him even after he spawns a full row of skeletons.

That is also true. But again - it's stll risky. Imagine if you focus fire on the Necromancer. Not every hit will crit. You will indeed keep damaging him. But at some point Necro can spawn 3 shield skeletons. Which will stun lock you. Then Necro can crit with his AoE phys or stress attacks and... well, you know how that can end.

I'd like to see a video of a necromancer going horribly wrong despite decent play.
