There's also Darkest Companion, which even gives you some base layouts for what kind of provisions to pick for each of the original 4 dungeon types.
In short use scrolls, coral, chests, and stuff you can get for free or at least without spending another inventory slot.
Even if you do know the payouts it's not worth it aside from these.
