As well tied to this AI cars that develop issues... don't even seem to be losing lap time because of it other than i believe increased risk of retirement....while on the odd occasion my car can even continue after an incident my lap times get worse by seconds.......where is the level playing field?...where is the game balance?...like i said big teams with big budgets won't even notice this......but that' irrelevant imho
Haha so funny (sarcasm). and also i rarely do this ie go for risky stuff...I guess the reason is because they are low quality drivers...but having have so many accidents is unrealistic,,, take a look at lower formula competitions IRL, just because they are slower and not as good drivers generally, they still don't crash continuously in the real world, idk the stats but i would guess maybe in the region of 10-40% higher? , but not 400% higher like appears to be the case in this game..
Also anyone tell me why i am allowed to place my high spec parts just before qual 1, for my second car/driver, but can't fit any higher spec parts to the number 1 car?...I don't want them on the second drivers car ...why am i being forced to do stupid illogical plans,,,, it's ruining my strategy and ultimately it ruins the career/season, it's forcing me to upgrade the second driver, if i want to upgrade any, which is driven by the inferior driver and i know will likely not be able to do as well, yet that's the only car i can fit these parts 2, So despite the fixes there's plenty more to fix, i mean seriously this makes a serious season playthrough a complete joke,, i can already hear someone say it's an occasional issue at Monaco etc etc.....Well then fix it, and don't sing their praises with such gamebreaking issue still prevalent..
Here's something else when these accidents occur which imho is already disproportional and i need to develop a new part of equal spec usually due to availability, why do we need to acquire parts knowledge AGAIN for the same spec part,? when the team already has the knowledge?, this again is ludicrous and UNFAIR the logical outcome would be the team already has whatever knowledge was gained before the part was destroyed....ie it's the same, so we don't need to relearn that which we already know, having t do this again is frankly totally unrealistic and if it's not the same rule for the ai also unfair..
