Yes, you have an official Driver Pool from F1, F2 and F3.

1 is driving F3 (Sophia Flörsch), if you whish.

And there are some more Tallents in the F1 Academy and in the Background Test Drivers, but I can´t say if they are in the Driver-Pool. There I know as much as the other normal Gamers.

Dont get me wrong I am all for women being in the sport, but you cannot have men and women in F1 yet....

I follow the womens league, watched it all during lockdown, and I am all for them competing in a league that rivals f1, I am also for a f1 female league.

I just dont see how you can mix the two in this kind of sport.

Perhaps the game will reflect the real world, in which women can and have driven F1 cars.

F1 isn't a men's sport. Any woman good enough will get a drive.

I don't understand. The game already allows you to hire female drivers. It's only a male dominated sport for physical reasons.

If a female driver is capable of infiltrating the mens division and challenge them then that's great but as of yet thats not been done yet, yes ladys have done practice days in an f1 car but thats a different role than competing in races.

I kick them out and switch them to male. There are no female drivers in F1 and we keep it like that. Do you want females to go play football or so? But if you want a female team sure go ahead. The option is there. I am not against females but lately, females have problems with males. But that is another topic.

Maybe we'll get a female in F1 one day, but it might take a good while with a lot of nepotism to come with it, best chances are one that earns their way up through other racing leagues into indycar kinda Danica style just without getting pushed instantly into the top division when unprepared.

Maria Grazia Lombardi had a points finish.

The 1976 British GP had two female drivers - one of whom also competed at the Olympics. I'm not sure any of the men have done that.

Two other women have raced in F1.

In addition to Danica Patrick there have been other female drivers competing in top level motorsport with men - e.g. Sabine Schmitz, who won the 24 hours of Nurburgring. That's not an easy drive.

Will any of the current F1 Academy drivers drive in F1? It doesn't matter. The game offering female drivers is credible and true to the sport, let alone a computer game that lets you start your own team.

Correct Cedric. I have seen many Womens in Motorsport and some have got it in the F1 as Test Drivers as well as F2 and F3. The last one which were active in F2 was Tatiana Calderon 2 or 3 Years ago.
So we will see how much Women are in the new Version and if you can grab some for your own Team or you can Assist with the Reworked / Refited Managerpart.
