F2 and F3
I was hoping being able to manage F3 and F2 cars was an headline feature. Fingers crossed it's announced for f1 24 further down the line. Surly the foundation to implement this is already in place.

I would prefer if the developers use their time to further expand F1!
Cross your fingers that we can! It would be awesome to start in F3 and work your way up through the ranks, having some brand new drivers to the foray, eventually making them Constructor's Champions.

Why not also driver from F4 and F1 Academy? They can random join the F2 or F3, later into F1

Perhaps junior training or so.

Create a team and this were the two features I wanted. It only makes sense to start in F3 as a new team.

For me, Create a team is the welcome surprise and a big one. Taking control of a F3 or F2 team would be great but having that team promoted would not be realistic.
If our manager character has its own abilities & stats profile (like most sports management games) it would be good to start in F3 and get poached or apply for better positions in F2 & F1 as you progress, hopefully not so easy you could get a job with Mercedes, Ferrari or Red Bull just by winning F2 or F3 title though.
However, I don't think we'll be able to take control of F2/3 teams this year, can't help but feel like we're asking for too much there atm, although I really hope they've provided much much more detail for it.
Hopefully they've spent all the reduced budget on these new features and the many bugs, graphics doesn't need touching imo. I'm ok with a few graphical glitches if the sporting simulation side is vastly improved.
Whoever has taken over, well done so far & thanks for listening but keep pushing.

I will explain how this works.
They made the 1st game in 22 and it received a lot of feedbacks and very good suggestions for improvements.
But if the devs applied them all in in 23 there would be no market for the future.
So, they took our suggestions are a applying 1 or 2 each year in order for us to keep buying and buying so they can keep selling.

They could apply ALL the suggested options right in 23 and made a great game but it is a trick.

I loved the 22 game to death. But I won't keep paying for samll impovements every year.

That is how this type of game model should kinda work but not accurate to what's happened here.

Last years improvements had nothing to do with customer feedback, can't remember anyone suggesting a replay mode, a strange confidence meter or year 1 bugs to still be prevalent for F1M23. They had their own plan which turned out to be nowhere near to what customers wanted.

These changes aren't small or not called for, they're two major additions customers begged for and FD could't wait a few more years to implement them one at a time... without doubt signs of a positive change in plan for how F1M gets developed going forward

These past few years have been horrendous for FD, only need to look at the share price since F1M first released to see it's not gone well.
Imo, Create a team wasn't planned to be included in this years 'F1M24' release back in 2021/22.
F1M23 & Warhammer sales figures forced Frontier to make big changes in the way they operate, seemingly turning their backs on games like F1M. The team developing this series has been reduced and their budget slashed which makes the announcement of CAT & AI poaching even more surprising.

Will wait for release for true judgement and won't be pre-ordering but happy with the news so far.

They could easily implement manaing F3 and F2 teams.

But the only thing you would be doing is hire drivers and race engineers, pitstop boss or whatever it is called an nothing more.

There would be no facilities, no car development... So it's actually a simpler version that they can easily do.

the game needs to be a challenge before f2 and f3 is added.

nice hypocrisy here, so well worth the read...when i said the exact same thing you got trollistic and shot me down making me out to be some sort of ass (yeah I am because I say how it is)

Next time acknowledge someone for their accurate information instead of ripping it jerk.

We have F2 and F3 in the 2023-Version. You see the Outcomes from Training, Quali and Races. That will eventually get more Polishing and Presentation-Upgrade. But I don´t see, that before 2025 or 2026-Version there is no Chance to get an beginning as F3 Team Principle which get an raise-up to the Formula 1.

But with the more Influce in the Management-Part I think we will get the Chance to help the younger Drivers in F1 Academy, F3 and F2 with Training, an Academy and / or something similar.
