Stuck after delivering quest item to Gragu.

I was curious what the Barkeep will say, after the outcome of delivering the item to Gragu.
While the screen was still blinking red, I went and talked to the Barkeep.
"You want a drink"
"Then how about some coin?"
After that I lost control of my character, I can't move, escape, return to menu, or anything.
I thought it's an invisible speech, tried waiting for a bit to see if I regain control after a few minutes, nothing.
The screen continues to blink red, I have nothing to do except Alt+F4.
