wtf how can i miss this thing in prologue and then i have to restart the gameplay because i cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ upgrade my weapon?

I've got it missing too. Went back to outskirt after prologue and still not available in the beacon.

I got it fixed:
-backup your savegames
-reinstall & change to prepatch branch
-remap a button x on gamepad
-voila -> suddenly all chests are opening normally, including the one in outskirt

Heya, if you missed it you'll get an item very early on that will allow you to teleport back and grab it. There's also something else you can do with franz to unlock all tarforge upgrades that I won't spoil, unless you want me to!
