Can you tell me if this is happened at a specific point in the game or if it kept happening at different points?
And please can you share your device specs? This information will help us investigate.

Can you try one thing for me if you haven't already refunded the game: set the game to windowed fullscreen and let me know if it happens again?

biggest problem is, give specs when having issues, since no one can tell you anything much, i get it even the best computers have issues with games but so do entry lvl

FYI I played the beta and I suspect the leftover files were the culprit.

After I validated game in Steam and deleted the Mortal Shell 2 folder under C:\Users\<your_windows_username>\AppData\Local and re-ran the game it worked.

I believe smithbodie posted something like this in a earlier thread somewhere and wanted to say that this worked.

you do know that the 14xxx series did have issues if not fixed in time but yea it may not be that, someone else did mention something about deleting old files of the beta though

I had no issues in the beta and now issues in the full release, I dont have any files from the beta on this PC. Do you think it's my system or the developers that missed something? Several streamers and other players have the same issue thats why i doubt its on my end. if you charge people extra to play early, you as a developer should have an obligation to release a game that doesn't brick your system atleast thats what I think. I refunded it anyways and pick it up in a few months again.
