Mushroom Village Candles dont get recognized

For some reason when i lit up all 3 candles nothing happened. i noticed later that all one which was already lit had still the interact icon. when i did nothing worked anymore and i couldnt interact with anything. i had to go back to menu and back into the game and it worked again
