Died at lift - Holding Cells

So, im trying several times to defeat double Grishas in Holding Cells, where you enter by 2 wells at 2 diff locations.
I called the last lift which traverse you to grisha's cage and while I was calling down a lift I paused a game to change a music. When I returned to game, unpaused, I just died... weird.
