entrapment perhaps, false advertising, , for video games all they perhaps need is two menu options for player damage and defence.

and its not... you can pick up the slayer seal witch turns on easy mode... but you want a menu option that turns on easy mode because picking up an item is too hard maybe?

there is no winning with you so just refund. Its that simple.
