I think the only special one that requires a full playthrough is Solipsist, and the others I see that look like game-enders could both be achieved by restoring from previous checkpoint and picking a different choice.
"How to get it: When Elohim tells you something along the lines of leave this one for another time, you don't have to solve everything now, follow his advice and go solve another puzzle instead.
Note: This can be easily missed as Elohim will only tell you that so many times in one playthrough. (As far as I know)"
I didn't work for me either, I'm pretty sure that one is bugged.
You need to run around in a puzzle (you cant stand still), maybe die once or twice, until Elohim says you might want to leave and solve it later. A little after this, if you leave the puzzle area you should get the achievment.
From what i've heard, you CAN NOT get this achievment from the star sigils/grey sigils puzzles.
But i've heard this IS obtainable from even one of the first few sigil puzzles in the game.
(On the contrary, the opposite of this achievment, Persistant, can be gotten from grey sigils)
It takes around 15-18 minutes for Elohim to talk, so be patient and keep moving.
