Should I be able to grab jammers through windows??

I cannot seem to grab jammers through a window. No matter where I put it. How i look at it. Etc....

Windows are meant to pass beams, not to grab things.

There are places where it’s possible and places where it isn’t. In most cases it’s not allowed, but when it is, it tends to be in situations where bringing items through the window is permitted—or even assumed.
In places where it is possible, the window often doesn’t have bars.

Yea the windows didnt have bars. and there was no other way to get the key thing for the doors. And when i looked up a video. you should be able to do it. I think it was just bugged. could never fix it
