Changing street naming to Spanish

I'd like to start a city with a Spanish theme and would like the automatic street naming to give Spanish names. Is there any way of doing this? Thanks in advance for any help

I'm going from a distant memory so I could be completely wrong...
Having said that, what I think I remember is that there is a file that contains street names. If you can find this then you can edit it to contain Spanish names.

Maybe try asking on the Discord as if anyone knows they will know for sure there.
