why the solutions to all the problems on CS need to be fixed by a mod?
@Catratio pardon me but let me disagree with you my friend. "How many Olive Gardens and Gamestops do you need clustered together?" By your way of thinking even "Organic and Local Produce" is unnecessary
It sucks there isn't a style for sure, but don't base your decision solely on that. KingLeno almost certainly didn't make the decision not to have a style included. Let Paradox/CO know that this is important to you (if it is) so that we won't have more CCPs like this without a style. But if you like the buildings and want to support KingLeno, then don't let a misisng style ruin that.
We simply aren't in as much control over these as when we make stuff for the workshop. ;)
Oh, and by the way — European Suburbia is superb, many thanks for that!
I did retort on myself and did say that the blame is moreso on CO's side of things and not with KingLeno. And I'll still purchase his pack, in three more hours, as I do like the aesthetics of the assets he created. And I'll just let Good ol' RNGesus to grow the new buildings in my city because I do not want to mess with a mod I do not find important in my game, when the Devs themselves have the ability to implement this ingame themselves. Also, loving your European Suburbia pack as well. I use them as my city's faux rich folks' homes as house designs like the ones in your pack are definitely considered ritzy in my country :D
Oh, no, I don't blame Leno for sure, I just found it disappointing myself. I'm also one for just sorta being suspicious of certain trends off the bat, good to know all's fine though, it sounds like a small, easy fix to do.

Still not interested in a mod I won't be using, thanks anyway...
1) You definitely should NOT blame KingLeno, that should be obvious - but as it doesn't seem to be for some people, that was our decision. We make decisions, sometimes they're not what you want, we live and learn
2) This OP and most of the comments here could have been much better written to be constructive. I'm not gonna play nice-police here, but I would like to see better feedback, engage in discussions and debate, pitch ideas and suggestions, be constructive - and we'll come here more often to listen and talk with you =)
Steam has a bad reputation for being toxic and always overly aggressive. I'm trying to step up our interactions on Steam, so I hope that our Cities community here can prove that stigma wrong.
Sincerely, Jonathan (Community Developer)
So far the only real toxic post on here is this one...
And unlike bashers, I actually bought the CCP because I like what KingLeno designed for the game and was hoping you would chime in and maybe issue a "fix" so to speak...
Whereas I just saw a negative review on the Campus Expansion's Steam page where the guy outright said the pack was unimpressive because the designs were too American without even giving the pack a chance.
