How to flatten terrain?
I just started playing Cities Skylines and I want to build an airport but the land is too steep. I tried using all the landscaping tools but I don't know how to use them to flatten the ground. I really need help!!!

Read the tips. For the Flattern tool a right-click will set the desired height. Then just hold left-click moving around the area you want to make that height.

It took me quite some time to get used to the terrain tools. I can still easily mess up when using the Slope tool.
If you aso look to the left of the tool tab you should see some little icons, similar to those on the road tab. They can be used to alter the strength and size of the affected area.

Extra Landscaping Tools is great and it gives even more control on those strength and size settings.

Like mbutton15 said, Extra Landscaping Tools will do the trick. If it doesn't appear ingame, make sure you activated it in the content manager.
What I usually do is look on Youtube if someone has a tutorial. You wouldn't believe how much worlds I messed up and how much time I wasted figuring out a mod before I had this little eureka-moment :)

When we use the landscaping on terrain without buildings and roads and stuff, the land moves. When there is buildings and roads and stuff in the way, the land does not move. Is there a mod that will allow the land to move even with structures on it?
